PSK Tape

PSK Tape, also known as PSK Insulation Tape, is a pressure-sensitive tape that is used to create a vapor barrier seal on PSK faced insulation, typically duct wrap and metal building insulation. PSK  tape is designed to provide a vapor barrier seal on HVAC duct insulations. It is offered in white or black to match the two color offerings (white and black) of PSK-facing duct insulations. PSK seaming tape is tear-resistant and offers a super high-tack, acrylic adhesive that bonds tightly to surfaces. PSK tape can be used on applications that operate within a wide temperature range: -20°F – 260°F/-29°C -126°C.

3-way Black Polypropylene-Scrim-Kraft backing, combined with a high performance solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by an easy-release silicone release paper. PSK tape is easy to apply and can be used on a variety of surfaces. To apply PSK insulation tape, simply clean and dry the surface to be sealed. Then, remove the backing from the tape and apply it to the surface, making sure to smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
